By CN!

pgYou can come across a lot of opinions on skin care and the use of cosmetics. Do you know what is true and what is not? Who to believe, and which opinions to stay away from? If you have not discovered these beauty secrets yet, read this text. Your doubts will surely be dissolved.

Sun heals acne

The fact that pimples and blackheads disappear under the influence of the sun does not mean that you have to sunbathe all the time. The sun can dry out inflammation, improve skin tone and give the optical impression that the skin is healthier. However, in the long run, UV radiation induces wrinkles and discolouration.

Acids should be used only in the winter and autumn

Some acids should only be used in autumn and winter because of their photosensitizing properties. However, there are acids that you can use in summer and spring without any problems. These are: mandelic acid, lactobionic acid, ferulic acid and azelaic acid. These substances do not react with the sun and do not cause discolourations. They can be used by people struggling with acne, sensitive and vascular skin.

Skin moisturising = drinking water

The skin can be moisturized in many different ways. One of them is (popularized by dieters) drinking non-carbonated water during the day. Other methods of providing the skin with a proper dose of water are the use of appropriate moisturizing and protecting against water loss cosmetics. The correct care of the hydro-lipid layer of the skin, which protects against harmful agents from the outside and prevents the formation of wrinkles and discolourations, is of great importance. If you are thinking about professional skin hydration, you should think of the right diet. The foods you eat must contain fatty acids.

Reduced dilated capillaries and discolourations will never reappear

Unfortunately, our skin has the feature that under the influence of some irritating agent it will try to defend or react in a certain way. Inappropriate care, poor diet, genetic predisposition, mechanical and external factors will affect the appearance of broken capillaries and discolourations. Indeed, they will make even those removed imperfections appear again. It’s enough to eliminate bad habits and take care of the skin, and once the cells and discolouration have been removed they will not come back.
