WHAT ARE HYDROLATS?
Hydrolats are nothing else but floral water or distillates. They form as a by-product of the distillation of essential oils derived from plants. This process is carried out with the use of water vapour and subjected various parts of plants (leaves, flowers). Hydrolates are therefore water containing dissolved parts of plants and a small percentage of essential oils. It is thanks to them that hydrolases have such a good effect.
THE ADVANTAGES OF HYDROLATS
They have a subtle scent, are very friendly to the sense of smell and the whole organism. The pH of these substances is close to the pH of the skin. Hydrolates cannot cause irritation, they are ideal for removing makeup, as an addition to clay (to dissolve them) and washing your face during the day.
